1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of jeetwoy, including visitors who browse the platform without registering, registered account holders, and any person who accesses the platform on behalf of another person or entity. By accessing jeetwoy through any device — including desktop, mobile browser, or any future application — you confirm your acceptance of these terms and all supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

jeetwoy's supplementary policies — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform — are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between a supplementary policy and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall be the authoritative and binding text.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jeetwoy and participation in any gambling activity on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jeetwoy operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, place a bet, or access any gambling feature on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing jeetwoy from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jeetwoy complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purpose of operating a gambling business.
• You have not previously been excluded from jeetwoy or had an account closed by jeetwoy for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

jeetwoy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3 Account Registration

To participate in any real-money activity on jeetwoy, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on jeetwoy. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Breach of this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jeetwoy will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• KYC Verification: jeetwoy may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., National Identity Card, passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Accounts pending KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jeetwoy are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted Payment Methods: jeetwoy currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to a specific account may vary based on account verification status and transaction history.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jeetwoy wallet in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes. Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process. If a deposit is not credited within these timeframes, contact the jeetwoy support team with your transaction reference.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the full KYC verification process must be completed. jeetwoy reserves the right to request additional documentation before authorising a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Timeframes: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Source of Funds: jeetwoy reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds used for deposits. Funds deposited via a payment method registered to a third party will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, bets, and winnings are processed in BDT. No currency conversion facility is offered on jeetwoy. Do not attempt to deposit in a foreign currency.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jeetwoy offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Players cannot stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may not contribute at all, depending on the specific promotion. Contribution rates will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of activation. If wagering requirements are not completed within the expiry period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse and Misuse: jeetwoy monitors bonus activity to detect and prevent abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, betting patterns that reduce variance without genuine game engagement, and use of automated software or bots. Any account found to be abusing the bonus system will have the bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may be subject to permanent account closure.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games and sports betting markets available on jeetwoy are provided by licensed third-party game studios and sports data providers. The following terms apply to all gaming activity on the platform:

• Random Number Generation: All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). RNG systems used by jeetwoy's game providers are independently audited and certified for fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The results of any game outcome are final once confirmed by the platform's system.
• Return to Player (RTP): Each game has a published theoretical RTP percentage, which represents the long-term average return to players over millions of game rounds. RTP figures are indicative and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Published RTPs are provided by the relevant game studio and are subject to third-party certification.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction, any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction shall be declared void and stakes returned. jeetwoy will not be liable for any winnings that would have accrued during a period of malfunction.
• Bet Acceptance: For sports betting markets, jeetwoy reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases where odds were published in error, where a market was suspended at the time of bet placement, or where a bet is suspected to have been placed with knowledge of a fixed result.
• Disconnection: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will typically complete automatically in accordance with the game's rules. Upon reconnection, the result of the completed round will be displayed. jeetwoy cannot be held liable for losses arising from connectivity issues outside of the platform's control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeetwoy. Any player found to have engaged in any of the conduct listed below will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and all associated balances may be forfeited at jeetwoy's discretion:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account on jeetwoy, whether using your own identity or the identity of another person.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits or withdrawals.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with jeetwoy's games, betting markets, or bonus systems in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs, glitches, or misconfigured odds in any game, market, or promotional offer. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error are not payable and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jeetwoy as a conduit for moving funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeetwoy staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt jeetwoy's technical infrastructure, including any attempt to bypass security measures or access data belonging to other users.

8 Responsible Gaming

jeetwoy is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools necessary to keep gaming an enjoyable form of entertainment. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in BDT at any time via their account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous play duration. jeetwoy will display a reminder when the session limit is approaching and will log the player out automatically when the limit is reached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may voluntarily suspend their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, account login is disabled and all promotional communications are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from jeetwoy for a longer period — or permanently — may request self-exclusion by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour as a priority matter. Once self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for the agreed duration.
• Reality Checks: jeetwoy provides optional reality check notifications that remind players of the time elapsed during a gaming session and their net win or loss position.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jeetwoy platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, source code, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the intellectual property of jeetwoy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jeetwoy solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from jeetwoy without prior written permission from jeetwoy.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software component of the jeetwoy platform.
• Use jeetwoy's trademarks, trade names, logos, or branding in any manner without express prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on jeetwoy content or platform functionality.

Game content made available through jeetwoy is owned by the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is licensed to jeetwoy for display on the platform. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective studio.

10 Liability & Disclaimer

jeetwoy provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetwoy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jeetwoy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, jeetwoy or any part of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any feature thereof.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data, where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, market results, or promotional activity.
• Technical failures, network interruptions, or connectivity issues outside of jeetwoy's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits jeetwoy's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

11 Amendments to Terms

jeetwoy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jeetwoy will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of jeetwoy following the publication of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using jeetwoy and may request account closure by contacting the support team.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jeetwoy operates as a platform targeting users in Bangladesh and endeavours to comply with all applicable requirements relevant to its operations in the region.

jeetwoy aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved to mutual satisfaction through direct communication with the support team, jeetwoy will advise on the appropriate escalation route available to the player.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
